This afternoon we had a quick shoot for C & R who’s little man will come tomorrow. Poor R I had her up down, in and out. Head up R … be proud! Thank you for this afternoon, I know you’ll love your photos just as much as I do. Good luck for tomorrow and thankyou for your patience with my three running at riot in the background. Peeking over the lounge and swinging off air.

This photo cracks me up!!

A few weeks ago M contacted me to say that she was heading up to Brisbane with her boyfriend to see family and I could get some photos of M & A. Jumping at the chance and haven’t shot in the Brisbane City, this is where we all headed. My original idea was buildings and allyways but driving in, I saw so many opportunities and ideas had changed.
Here’s your sneak peek A & M. I’ll be in touch shortly with the rest of your gallery.

Just a quick multi-pic post for Funky Face Painting from their pre Halloween party. Fun night, lots of laughs … kids had a ball!!

” has one more sleep till I see my 2 princesses all dressed up for our big day” was P’s Facebook status on Saturday night. From the beginning you could feel this was going to be a Fairytale wedding!!
Clouds, rain couldn’t stop this day … from the boys prep on 10 acres at Rush Creek, girls prep at Kirnicama Bed & Breakfast to the ceremony at Glengariff Historic Estate the service was outstanding! Just before the ceremony the clouds had slightly cleared and the sun shone down as M walked down the aisle, it was magical.
Congratulations P & M and thankyou for sharing your special day with Nicole and I.

It only feels like a few weeks ago I was photographing A’s Maternity shoot at 34 weeks. Springfield Lakes newest newborn, little Miss L was born on the 2nd of October. We managed to squeeze a quick newborn session this week, at 11 days old. Here my high hopes of a nice sleepy baby ended quickly … Miss L had other ideas and kept me on my toes.
Congratulations L & A miss L is beautiful!! I’ll have the other images ready for you soon.

This is when Miss L decided to rebel against me. The shot after this she was screaming lol

On the 3rd of October I had pleasure of photographing C & D wedding at Hatton Vale. There were showers and storms predicted for the day, we ended up with high winds and dust storm. Oh the dust, no one could imagine my face as I drove over the mountain to see the …. see the … yeah no mountains in the distance.
The day turned out to be just gorgeous! From house, to farm, church … can’t forget the beautiful, lush and green after location garden!! Thankyou C & D I hope you had a wonderful honeymoon I’ll be in touch soon with the rest of your gallery.
Thankyou Geoff for shooting and assisting me on the day. It was wonderful to work with you again!

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing this little man as a newborn, 6weeks and now for Master M’s first birthday this month.
For anyone who doesn’t know the idea of a ‘cake smash’ is to let your little one have the pleasure of doing what ever they like with the cake. From poking, touching, squeezing, steping and even the odd ‘what do I do?’ moment. Well Master M was one of the ‘what do I do?’ he just sat there and looked at us. So we bought Master M’s Mummy and two older sisters in for some fun. When I was preparing for the day I never once had on my mind food fight and this is how it ended. It was a blast!! Although I think M was in a little shock and finally opened up with big smiles at the end.
Happy Birthday Master M!!!

then off he goes …..

Ahhh, what happened to the cake?

On the 19th of September, I had the pleasure of watching my baby cousin getting married. There wasn’t a tear spared upon Renee’s arrival! I find every wedding a pure delight to watch and photograph. Although I never realised how hard it was to photograph and have tears at the same time. Thankyou so much Renee and Brendan for sharing your special day.

Last week, I met up with L&A for their maternity session at 35 weeks. Yes, A is 35 weeks and has the most gorgeous tiny bump. I’d have to say L&A are going to be wonderful parents, the bond between the two is gorgeous. We battled natural light, so had to get amanda to stay still. Well lets just say there is no problems once this presous little bundle is born, A has the maternal sway going already!!
Here is your sneak peak L& A. I can’t wait until I meet your little bundle in a few weeks.
