1st Birthday – Cake smash

The fresh smell of a newborn, quickly fades. It’s amazing how fast the first 12 months travels. Rolling, crawling, sitting, standing, walking and talking all the new experiences and lessons to be learnt. But before you know it your baby is 1. I had the pleasure of photographing Tristian last week for his 1st birthday cake smash.

What is a cake smash? Well where always taught not to touch the cake. So for a birthday with a twist, this  is where your prince or prince can touch, punch, pick, squish even stand on the cake.

 

 

Hello again

It’s been a little while since I’ve been able to post. Everything has been busy, busy as normal. I mentioned on one of my previous posts that I had been working on something which I wasn’t able to reveal at that time …. now the time has come …. So excited, as I had so much fun working on this project! I was lucky enough to be asked by Forest Lake Shopping Center to take some photographs of they’re new catalogue which is distributed to 20,000 homes each quarter.  With lots of little different things in side, my photographs were also on the front and back cover.

 

Sweet little Valentine

Welcomed into the world on Valentine’s day, baby sister to three older sisters and totally cherished by all. I finally managed to capture Chiara at 10 days. Thankyou to big sister Denae for being paitient while we settled Chiara. I still am giggling at how I managed to be wee’d on while Chiara was wearing a nappy.
