Photo a day – day 30 …. Weekly Massage.

Personal Challenge is coming to the end. I wont go through the normal spiel, as I’m sure your all aware what I’ve been doing for the last month. If you haven’t please feel free to look at my daily blogging in January.

No one misses massages in our house, apart from me *sigh* Our dog loves being with people, he’s never too far from one of us. Or is happily running after or sitting back watching what the kids are doing. Today Miss 6 caught him and sat down for his weekly massage.

Photo a day – day 28

Personal challenge for 2010 is to take a photo a day in January.

Well it’s coming close to the end of the month. My three are well and truly over having their photo done. Bribes aren’t working anymore, they’re on to me lol. I was so close to throwing it in tonight but our kitten took pitty on me and posed with his favourite mouse. He loves this ratty mouse, it’s starting to fall apart from being chewed on, carried from bedroom to bedroom. I’ve lost count how many times it’s gone under the lounge. 16 weeks old now, he’s fitted into the family nicely …. well at times. A few little quirks

-loves to hang upside down

– learnt to climb trees …. yes, that worries me!

– loves his scratchy pole

– no matter how much he hisses at the dog, he loves to lay at the backdoor with the dog. On the other side of the screen of course!

– has learnt the more you bite the dog the more the dog licks you like a lollypop

– loves to snuggle with the kids, then biting their ears and running off.

– is often caught eating the scraps the kids leave behind and it doesn’t matter if they’ve finished or not.

– hates water and shakes his paws like crazy when they get wet.

Oh but the best of all … for someone who dislikes cats

– loves to wait until my husband has gone to work and sleeps on his pillow. Some one was caught this morning! haha

Photo a day – day 10 Ipswich Children’s Photographer

Personal Challenge for 2010 is to take a photo a day in January. Today we had pirates in the backyard. Beware!!

Pirates out the back, their first mate out the front. This is what happens when the dog comes too close to the cat!

Photo a day – Day 7 Brisbane & Ipswich Animal Photographer

Personal challenge for 2010 is to take a photo a day in January. Today was a quite day at home. Kids weren’t too interested in having their photo taken today. So our kitten was model for day 7.

Happy Birthday to my little man

Wow it’s hard to believe that 4 years has past, since the birth of now Master 4. What can I say everyday is different and entertaining!! Over the last couple of months Master 4 has changed from the quiet shy child, into a talking, walking confident boy who is just full of life. I bribed him today for photos and of course it had to include the dog. Seriously who ever says never to work with children or animals is on the right track, so they both just went for it.

There are more images coming, so feel free to check back soon. Just currently arguing with computer space, sadly the computer is winning.

I’m slowly winning ….

There is one thing that can’t be tamed is the love that Master 4 has for his dog. Who also turned 1 yesterday.

Day and Night

Last night when we arrived home this gorgeous green tree frog was sitting on the path. Since we’ve been here, I don’t think there is a day that we haven’t seen or heard the frogs. Christmas Eve we were lucky enough to see a baby green tree frog jumping around. Then today when the kids went swimming a little water dragon popped up on the rock to have a look around. So inquisitive, watching the children and having a black camera in it’s face. S/he played the part for me.

Things you find

This morning we decided to walk to school. On the way out the door I thought I’d grab my camera just incase we find something along the way. There are these beautiful flowers in a creek just around the corner but due to the storms they’re not looking as pretty, or standing at the moment. A little further up Master 3 and I found two gorgeous pony’s. At first one was a little hesitant and neighed at us, but it wasn’t before long one came up to us. Talk about a pony’s dream thick, green lush grass to eat.
