Photo a day – day 18 – The birds nest

Personal project for 2010 is to take a photo a day in January.

A couple of days ago Miss 6 found this birds nest in the yard. Thankfully there hasn’t been anything in there for awhile. Mater 4 was eager to show it off today

I saved this speedy little ladybird from the pool this afternoon.

Photo a day – Day 3 Brisbane and Ipswich Photographer

Personal Challenge for 2010 is to take a photo a day in January. Have just rained Master 4 was outside running around. Somehow poor little mite stepped on a small rock which stuck into his foot. Once pulled and soaking in the bath he popped up to have a look what was going on outside. Shortly after this shot, I was shot by a cannon from air floating pirate ship. All is okay and the foot is fine!

Gold Coasts latest Prince Charming – Gold Coast QLD

So exciting and long time waiting … thanks J!! Master K wanted us to wait … finally after receiving a text saying how J forgot how boring hospitals were. To less than two hours later “he’s here” I was jumping with joy! Oh another gorgeous sweet boy to play with. I’ve had alot of girls this year and my last two newborns have been boys. This session went of with a rip or should I say hit!! Yes, Kylie just wont go there lol While K was being settled, I quickly grabbed K & H for a few photos. Oh totally LOVED photographing these two princesses, reminds me why I do children’s photography!!

Thank you so much J for allowing me to come down and photography Master K. He’s just adorable and I think this first image says it all.

Shh K’s sleeping … the two gigglepots!!

Gorgeous Ipswich Family

So much has happened in the last week. I flew down to Sydney for just over 24 hours. While I was down there, I had a beautiful family session, pictures to come soon. My eldest turned 10 last week and one week of school holidays down, one more to go.

I’m still trying to catch up with myself, as June has been my busiest month by far. A few weeks ago, I went out to capture a family shot of 5 children for an upcoming birthday present. 5 children all at once well, was as hard as I expected. But loved the thrill of trying to capture the moment. As it’s a birthday present it’s all hush …. so wont be posted on here. But never fear I have more gorgeous images of the three ….. Here you go L!!

Gorgeous Country Family – Ipswich Family Photographer

I’m a wee bit behind …. I’ve known this gorgeous family for a few years now. I was delighted when contacted to ask if I could come and capture some family photos. With light showers on and off all day, I was stressing a little bit that we’d have to postpone. Thankfully the rain held off and it became a gorgeous afternoon. I did overcome my fear of horses and touched one, fully entertained by Buster the dog …..  It was nice to meet K’s parents, C&P. Miss L and Master H say hi to Buster and Cricket for me. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon D&K …. K here’s real tease for you *wink, wink*

Special thank you to another beautiful family friend who looked after my three cherubs. I even came home with delicious home baking. Also a child who wanted to bake the next day ….. yes, thaaaank  you.

I’ll be in touch soon.

Rrraaaaahhh.

The last few days has been tantrum central. Hehe I managed to catch one in the act. If you ask me what this one was about, I couldn’t tell. Others now they may be a different story.

Hmmm now that I’ve take a photo of all three of my children …. Now what to I do for the next 27days????

Master M part II

I was lucky enough to spend some time with S, S, L, K and Master M just before christmas. It’s been 6 weeks since I’ve seen Master M and he’s grown so much!! Of course to true time, I arrived as Master M was waking. It was beautiful to watch Miss L and Miss K fussing over M.
