Swimming Carnival 2010 – Proud mummy moment!

Okay I’m sunburnt, it rained, we had clouds and sun … I’m burnt  but it was all worth it.. My eldest had her swimming carnival today at school. Trying not to look like the obsessed photographer, I did manage to get a couple of shots today. It doesn’t matter if you come first or last, as long as you get to the other end. Yes, all of those swimming lessons did pay off! So proud of herself Miss 10 came first in the 11 year old Breaststroke … soooo proud of my little girl!

Photo a day – Day 6 Ipswich Family Photographer

Personal challenge for 2010 is to take a photo a day. Today was busy both Miss 10 and Miss 6 had friends over. Who said having 5 children wasn’t crazy, noisy and busy! Where do we end up? … the pool of course.

just to prove there is a child under Miss 6’s mop of hair

P & M’s Fairytale Wedding – Ipswich Wedding Photographer

” has one more sleep till I see my 2 princesses all dressed up for our big day” was P’s Facebook status on Saturday night. From the beginning you could feel this was going to be a Fairytale wedding!!

Clouds, rain couldn’t stop this day … from the boys prep on 10 acres at Rush Creek, girls prep at Kirnicama Bed & Breakfast to the ceremony at Glengariff Historic Estate the service was outstanding! Just before the ceremony the clouds had slightly cleared and the sun shone down as M walked down the aisle, it was magical.

Congratulations P & M and thankyou for sharing your special day with Nicole and I.

Wonderful winters day in Sydney

In June, I took off left the kids with the inlaws to run a mock in Sydney for 24 hours. While I was down there, I met with the gorgeous P family. The kids went one way I went the other, we’ll blame the wind for that one. Best part of it all, we had the little beach to ourselves. It was lovely to meet you J & C your three munchkins are just divine!

You might remember a little while ago, I had a photoshoot with Georgia as a newborn, well 4 mths on I was back to get proud big sister C and big brother J.

Early Sunday Morning – Ipswich Photographer

After a huge afternoon on Sat, I found out later that night that I was able to join Glen http://www.flickr.com/photos/21854798@N07/ Good friend and another photographer buddy Andrea http://andreawo.wordpress.com/ and the beautiful model Amanda http://www.modelmayhem.com/882179 for a early Sunday morning shoot. Glen had organised this shoot for Amanda’s Dally portfolio.

Really I never knew this time of the morning existed ….
